How to use Mind’s Wellness Action Plans


This guide from Mind is designed for anyone in employment or a voluntary role who would like to learn more about(WAPs) to support and promote their mental health and wellbeing at work.

You could be:

  • currently experiencing a mental health problem and want to find out how a WAP can help you
  • currently well, and interested in using the WAP as a proactive tool to map out what needs to be in place for you to be mentally well at work
