Oxfordshire Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Training delivers a range of high-quality interactive courses, workshops and presentations. The training aims to promote understanding of mental health, reduce prejudice and provide practical tools to support mental health.
The 5 Ways to Wellbeing Workshop
A powerhouse of proactive tools for decreasing stress and building good mental health. Host a group of colleagues, clients or associates.

Adult Mental Health Aware
An exciting opportunity to learn about mental health with our experienced and engaging trainer.

Online Mental Health First Aid
This qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider, giving you:
Delivery: 10 hours online trainer delivery over four sessions plus independent learning tasks.
