Companies doing better by doing good

New series of webinars launched

More than ever before, successful companies are seeking ways to improve their businesses by engaging customers, employees and communities through responsible business initiatives.

Responsible business is about how a business makes its money, not just how it spends its profit. It is about managing growth responsibly while reducing dependency on natural resources. It is about how business operates as an employer, supplier and customer, and how as a neighbour, it can help to create vibrant communities where people can flourish.

BITC is running a series of webinars on different topics under the responsible business umbrella that we hope will be of interest and relevant to you. We do hope that you will be able to participate in one or more of these webinars which are designed to help businesses share best practice and experience in doing better by doing good.

More information about each webinar is below.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, set 17 ambitious goals and 169 specific targets relating to these, to be achieved by 2030. This is the most comprehensive set of Goals and the largest ever call for collective action by governments, institutions, businesses and citizens.

Businesses in particular, are a key enabler of the SDGs, which requires strong involvement and clear strategy to strengthen business awareness, and inspire robust action in embedding the SDGs within Sustainable Business Models.

Join this webinar and learn how the SDGs create commercial opportunity by hearing first hand from award winning initiatives.
